Delete OLA

Organizational Level Access (OLA) can deleted from users by users assigned the Manager role.

 

Steps to delete OLA

  1. Left click on the Administration/Maintain User OLA menu option.

  2. Select the person to which you would like to delete OLA by left clicking on the Drop-down list button  Drop-down list located next to "Select User."  Then left click on the person's name you would like to select.  You can also select data by using your up and down arrow keys on your computer keyboard to navigate through the list.

  3.  Find the OLA that you would like to delete and left click on the Delete button Delete on  that OLA line.

  4. A dialog box will appear for you to choose either OK to delete  or Cancel to not delete.
