Add Experience

New experience for a person can be created.

 

Steps to add Experience

  1. Place your cursor over Certifications and left click on the sub-option Experience.

  2. The top portion of this screen is display only.  The information displayed was entered through the Person/Org menu option.

  3. Select the person to which you would like to add experience by choosing from the drop-down list or typing in the person's name.   

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and left click on the Add button Add .  

  5. A pop-up window will appear.  Enter the experience.  

  6. The date entered into the reference table will automatically populate the field.  You can override the date manually or you can left click on the calendar button Calendarand select by left clicking.

  7. The fields that are displayed in green are required fields.

  8. You can use the drop-down lists to select data by left clicking on the Drop-down list button Drop-down list.  Then left click on the data you would like to select.  You can also select data by using your up and down arrow keys on your computer keyboard to navigate through the list.

  9. Use your Tab key on your computer keyboard to navigate through the fields or left click on each individual field.

  10. Left click on the X at the top right hand side of the window to close or you can left click on the Cancel button as well.

  11. Left click on the OK button  to save the new information.

  12. Click the Save and Add Another button to save the record and add another person to the same incident.

  13. Left click on the Cancel button   if you do not wish to save.
