Certifications

The Certifications module is used for adding, editing and deleting a person's certifications. There are five sub-menu items. Selecting any one of the 5 sub-options will take the user to the corresponding data screen.  

 

 

The top portion of the module displays information for a person.  The fields in this section are display only. Field definitions can be found in Person/Org.   When the user opens the module directly from the menu, the first person, in alphabetic order, will be displayed to which the user has been given access.  It is important to understand the edits and checks that are performed between certification tabs to make most efficient use of the system.  For example, when a task book is initiated, a TRN qualification is automatically created.  So even though you can directly enter a TRN qualification for a person, you would not need to if you issue them a task book first.
