Existing incidents within IQS can be deleted.
Place your cursor over Post and left click on the sub-option Incidents/Experience.
Locate the incident that you would like to delete. You can do this by typing in the incident number or name in the "Search Incident Number or Name for:" search box. This is located at the top of the screen. Once you have typed in the information left click on or press the Enter key on your computer keyboard.
To navigate between pages of the table you can either use the button or use the drop down list to choose the page you would like to view.
Left click the Delete button located to the left of the selected incident.
A dialog box will appear for you to choose either to delete the incident or to not delete.
