Needs Details

This report lists the needs information contained in the Training Needs Analysis screen.

The State-NWCG filter is required for this report.

 

 

Steps

  1. Place your cursor over Reports and then Training and left click on the sub-option Needs Details.

  2. Use the dropdown box to select the analysis area for the report. For information on developing new analysis areas refer to the Training Needs Analysis page.

  3. From the list of available jobs, select the job(s) for which you want to run the report.  

    1. Select the job that you would like to view the list of training needs by left clicking on the boxcheck box to the left of the job.

    2. Use the Select All button  Select All if you want to select all jobs on the list.

    3. If you want to remove all of the selected jobs checkmarks from the list, left click the Remove All button  Remove All.  Left clicking on the checked box will un-select any job.

  4. Click the View Report button View Report to run the report.
