The Unresolved Results tab allows the user to:
1) View a list of ROSS requests that failed and the reason for the failure.
2) Resolve the request by taking an appropriate action.
For any of the individuals that resulted in an Unresolved Result during the 2 step update process, that person will be listed on the Unresolved Results tab. The Update column displays the type of update that failed. The Issue column explains the cause of the error. The Date column displays the date when the error occurred.
1. Click the Unresolved Results tab.
2. Select the individual for which you would like to resolve the error by clicking on the > symbol next to their name. The selected record is highlighted in green. The resolution text is displayed to the right of the grid.
3. Follow the instructions in the Resolution text to resolve the error. To make changes directly to an individual via the Person/Org screen, you can click the person’s name link in the resolution area. If the error can be resolved in other errors of the program such as qualifications, a link will be provided to go directly to the person record that may need edited.
4. Once you have corrected the problem, click the Resolved button 
to continue. The person will be removed from the Unresolved Results grid. Depending on how you resolved the error, the person may be added back to the Send Updates again tab so that they can be updated in ROSS. Note: if a person is identified as a potential duplicate resource in the Clearinghouse you will not be able to click the resolved button and resend the request. Please allow at least 24 hours for the ROSS Clearinghouse to process the registration. To find out whether the registration has been processed, go to the Notifications tab and click the Get Notifications button.
5. Click the Download Error Report button to get a file that lists all errors on the Unresolved Results tab.
6. Continue with steps 2 – 4 until all errors have been resolved.
