Edit Scheduled Course

Existing scheduled courses for training can be edited.

 

Steps to edit Scheduled Course

  1. Left click on Training/Course Schedule from the IQS menu.

  2. Locate the course you would like to edit.  You can use the search feature and type in the course code Search feature.  
    You can also use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to scroll between pages.  Scroll arrows
    When you have located the course you wish to edit, click on the course link, a new screen will appear.

  3. The new screen will give you information about the course you selected.  If you need to locate another course you can use the navigation tools on this page directly above the Instructors and Coordinators grid.

  4. To edit the selected course, left click on the  Edit this Scheduled Course link  link at the bottom of the displayed screen.  Another new screen will appear.

  5. You can use the drop-down lists to select data by left clicking on the Drop-down list button Drop-down list.  Then left click on the data you would like to select.  You can also select data by using your up and down arrow keys on your computer keyboard to navigate through the list.

  6. When entering a date you can either enter the date manually or left click on the Calendar button Calendarand select by left clicking the date.

  7. The fields that are displayed in green are required fields.

  8. Use your Tab key on your computer keyboard to navigate through the fields or left click on each individual field.

  9. After editing the information for the course you can either click on  the  Save Changes link link in order to save the information or select the  Cancel Changes link link to not save the changes.

  10. Left click on  Return to Training Course Schedule link to return to the Course Schedule main screen.
